Position Overview

This is not your standard accounts position.

You’ll be at the centre of our financial operations - managing everything from trust accounts and commissions to settlements and agency finances - ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, compliance, and care.

You’ll take full ownership of your workflow, working closely with leadership while operating with a high level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and reconciling trust accounts in line with regulatory requirements

• Processing commissions, settlements, and financial transactions end-to-end

• Supporting both sales and property management with financial operations

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting across all accounts functions

• Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations

• Responding to internal financial queries and supporting the wider team

• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiency
  

We Are Seeking an Individual Who Has

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and trust accounting requirements

• Experience within real estate or a similar high-compliance environment (highly regarded)

• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrity

• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Confident communicator who can support and collaborate across teams
