About the role

As an experienced Venue Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• leading, mentoring & training high-performing teams

• overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

• driving continuous improvement across systems/service delivery

• managing budgets and revenue targets

• coordinating events & private dining end-to-end

• ensuring RSA and food safety compliance.

What we're looking for (Essentials)

• Full Australian working rights essential

• Min. 2+ years Manager/Assistant Manager experience

• Premium dining management, event coordination & hospitality experience

• Proven experience managing budgets and operational efficiency

• Proven leadership skills & excellent communication skills

• Solid knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & OHS regulations

• Exceptional people skills with passion for hospitality.
