Venue Manager – Steampunk Surfers Paradise

Steampunk Surfers Paradise is offering a rare opportunity for a full-time Venue Manager, with a strong focus on restaurant operations.

To be successful, you must have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Expertise in managing both food and beverage services in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills while ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies
• Ability to manage the daily operations of the restaurant seamlessly
• Strong, hands-on management approach with a lead-by-example attitude
• Proven experience in meeting company budgets and forecasts
• Ability to create a positive, productive work environment for all staff, providing clear and consistent direction
• Capability to motivate, encourage, and support the team
• Possession of current RSA, RMLV, and Approved Manager’s licences
• Trustworthy, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality service
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
