What you'll be doing

• Receiving and processing all inbound deliveries — checking quantities, condition and accuracy against purchase orders

• Booking stock into our warehouse management system promptly and accurately

• Flagging discrepancies with suppliers and the purchasing team

• Organising and maintaining stock locations

• Keeping the receiving area clean, safe and well organised

• Supporting the warehouse manager across daily operations

• Stepping up confidently when the manager is away — keeping things running without being asked

• Growing into the warehouse 2IC over time

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years warehouse or logistics experience — receiving experience a real advantage

• Someone who notices what needs doing without being told

• Accurate, reliable, takes the check-in process seriously

• Comfortable with warehouse software and scanners

• Physically fit and happy in a hands-on role

What we offer

• $65,000–$70,000 + super depending on experience

• Permanent full time, Monday to Friday
