Hone is a not-for-profit organisation providing meaningful employment opportunities for people living with disabilities. We operate across multiple sites and states delivering services including packaging, product destruction, 3PL, Return and Earn sites, and RVM Cleaning services.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor to support operations at our West Hoxton site.

About the Role

You will supervise a team of supported employees, guiding and supporting them to do their best work. You’ll ensure operations are completed safely and efficiently while actively promoting wellbeing, confidence, and positive daily engagement in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily team operations

• Allocate work based on priorities and team capability

• Supervise, support, and coach employees on shift

• Monitor productivity, quality, and output targets

• Ensure WHS, safety checks, and compliance requirements are met

• Identify issues and support continuous improvement

• Complete required administration including ESP processes, incident reports, and support notes in a timely and accurate manner

• Work closely with employment coordinators to support training and onboarding of employees

About You

You are a hands-on and supportive supervisor who enjoys working closely with people, providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching to help them succeed. You can balance daily operational needs with patience, empathy, and a focus on wellbeing in a busy environment.

 You will have:

• Experience in warehouse environment

• Supervisory experience (preferred)

• Understanding of WHS and quality standards

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to support people with diverse abilities

• Unrestricted Drivers’ Licence

• Forklift licence (desirable or willingness to obtain one)

• Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Basic computer skills, including basic administrative tasks
