National Workforce is partnering with a leading distributor to source a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for their Charmhaven facility. This position will initially commence on a casual basis, offering a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and distribution team to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency within the operations system. You will be responsible for fostering a healthy, supportive work environment, ensuring daily targets are consistently met, and implementing continuous improvements to internal processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehousing processes, stock management, inventory control, and delivery fleet vehicles.

• Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team within a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and routine maintenance of warehouse equipment.

• Champion workplace safety and OH&S regulations, ensuring strict staff compliance at all times.
