About the Role
Based at our Rouse Hill warehouse, this role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our national distribution network. You will be involved in warehouse operations, inventory management, freight coordination, spare parts handling, and product assembly while supporting the wider operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control
Conduct stock checks and cycle counts
Coordinate freight forwarding and logistics requirements
Manage and organise spare parts inventory and orders
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Assist with assembly and preparation of products for dispatch
Ensure goods are stored safely and correctly
Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards
Support general warehouse operations as required

About You
Previous warehouse, logistics, freight forwarding, or inventory experience essential
Spare parts experience highly regarded
High Reach forklift experience required
Hands-on approach with strong practical skills
Assembly experience advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
High Reach Forklift Licence Required
Essential Requirements
Forklift Licence (High Reach)
Valid driver’s licence
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check
Proof of working rights in Australia
Experience in the healthcare, rehabilitation, assistive technology, or spare parts sector will be highly regarded but not essential.
