Are you an experienced disability support worker looking to bring your compassion, advocacy, and interpersonal skills into the world of youth work? This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people! The role is permanent part-time, based on the Central Coast.

About You:
  • You’ve built strong foundations supporting individuals with disabilities, and now you're ready to channel that experience into helping young people thrive.
  • You’re empathetic, resilient, and a natural communicator.
  • You understand the importance of inclusion, empowerment, and trauma-informed care.
  • You’re excited to work in dynamic environments where no two days are the same.
  • Previous experience or training in personal care and PEG feeding is highly regarded; however, applicants who are willing to learn and undertake training are encouraged to apply.
  What You’ll Do:
  • Support young people in navigating life’s challenges and building confidence.
  • Facilitate engaging activities, mentoring sessions, and community programs.
  • Advocate for youth needs and collaborate with families, schools, and support services.
  • Bring your disability support experience to create inclusive spaces for our young people.
